Cuba Cracks Down Yet Again

Nine of the 33 dissidents who were arrested for protesting in front of the French Embassy in Havana on July 22nd remain in jail.

One of them is Rene Gomez Manzano, one of the leaders of the Assembly to Promote Civil Society in Cuba held back in May.

So much for relaxing of sanctions. So much for diplomacy. This is yet another example of why castro (the castrator) cannot be trusted, cannot be reasoned with.
